what program is need to view .pdb files

im guseeing most of these programs ive seen with this.pdb extensions are a type of database driven program.

i just dont know if there is a program for the balckjackII that's able to view these files.

I haven't installed this program, yet, but I used this same one when I owned a PocketPC. You can use eReader to read .pdb files. You can download it from here: http://www.ereader.com/product/browse/software. It's free for now.
