speaker on auto-answer

A neighbor and old friend fell in love with my BJ2 and decided it was enough reason to retire her 8 year old brick of a cell phone. She's just gotten her new Blackjack activated today and is frustrated that this new sleek, black beauty won't do a trick her old clunker would do...

She loves her phones to auto-answer ON SPEAKERPHONE... I'm not finding any way to do this. Does anyone have a solution, either on the device, or via 3rd party work around?
