Guest Kenneh! Posted January 22, 2008 Report Posted January 22, 2008 sorry but that last post mite not have made a lot of sense my question was can i use an external usb hard drive for a eee pc if i install windows on it lol i asked the exact same question like two posts below, would be convenient if it does wouldn't it? Then the 4gigs wouldn't be a factor.
Guest d123 Posted January 25, 2008 Report Posted January 25, 2008 external usb hdd work fine, I have 2, one ripped from an old laptop and put into a cheap enclosure and the other a Maxtor shop bought one, both work absolutely fine with the single usb cable connected.
