XML Help : My First Homescreen File.

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if anybody could take the time to check my XML file for my homescreen, maybe check and see if it could work for them or what I am in fact doing wrong?

I will attach the .XML file that I had created below, maybe if anybody has the time, they could give it a shot and then respond back.
