Deleting temp files from mobile IE?

After 2 months of use, my Pantech Duo tells me I'm running low on storage space everytime I boot up and during normal usage. I've installed a few applications, like AgendaOne, but don't store any digital media on the phone (I don't have a memory card). Looking at the Explorer view of the phone's file system, I only tally up 14MB out of 54MB being used. So what's the problem?

Some suggested cleaning up the temp files created by IE but a) I never did this with my SMT5600 that I owned for 3 years, and :) I can't imagine that could be the issue.

Any thoughts out there?
