Hey Guys,

I've encountered a problem on my blackjack 2 but I dont know how to fix it. Whenever I hit the start button, it loads a blank screen without any of the icons. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks

Connect your device to your computer and click to explore the device. Navigate to your device's \windows\start menu directory.

Are there any files there?

If not: the only way to get your links back is to do a hard reset.

If there are, then something is configured wrong. Post here if this is the case and I'll look into a possible solution for you.

That means there is nothing wrong with your device itself. The problem you have is that no links exist. Whatever happened, they all got deleted. It would be the same as if you had deleted everything on your Desktop. Nothing wrong with the computer, just everything's deleted.

Only solution for you here is to do a hard reset, which will restore everything to the factory state. All user files will be deleted, and any files changes or removed will be restored.

To perform a hard reset, turn off the device, press and hold the up button while turning it back on, then release both buttons when you come to the screen asking if you want to continue. Now follow the on-screen instructions and hard reset your device.

Use your PC prior to the reset if you want to backup any particular files.
