Blackjack 2: Change shortcut keys for cellular video & MEdia Net

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has figured out a way, most likely in the registry, to change the application that launches when you press either one of the two buttons to the left of the 0 key (by default they are Cellular Video and MEdianet). I'd really like to modify it so that one of them launched voice command instead of using my current solution which is FN+A.
