Going to Tokyo, any reccomendation for a new Phone?

Hi all,

I'm shortly going to head on over to Tokyo, Japan and am also in the market for a new phone. So, was wondering if anyone has advice and/or reccomendations?

I have a Kaiser (a.k.a Vario III) already, but it can't hurt to have more than one phone :-)

I'd obviously like something that I could bring back and use in the UK (with appropriate SIM). I'd also like for it to have GPS and be Windows Mobile based.

Do your research carefully!

Some Japanese operators use the CDMA mobile phone protocol, as opposed to our GSM, and the 2 aren't compatible. Also most Japenese devices are supplied with a Japanese only language ROM, so either ensure what you buy is WWE, or can be flashed to WWE
