Guest WearTheFoxHat Posted January 24, 2008 Report Posted January 24, 2008 Hi All ... As this is my first PDA-phone, there are a few nuances that I am still getting used to. One that does bug me slightly is my bluetooth car kit. Let me explain. When I get into the car, I turn on the bluetooth car kit. I then turn my phone into car-mode ... which disables wifi, and enables bluetooth. I hear the bluetooth connect on the car kit. HOWEVER when I receive calls they come to the handset and not the car kit. This is unless I manually go into bluetooth settings and choose "Set as Headset" ... but I have to do this every time. YET ... when I enable bluetooth on the phone within the house, it connects immediately to my laptop and switches to A2DP outputting sound on the laptop speakers. Am I missing something subtle here? I know on previous Sony Ericsson phones that you tell it which are the bluetooth devices for handsfree, and it switches immediately to that. Ive also applied the HTC bluetooth fix too. Cheers.
