New phone... what should I get?

My current contract is just coming up for renewal, and I'd like to move to a more data oriented device, essentially so I can keep in touch with my work out and about. I'd looked at getting a kaiser on t-mobile, but with the current video issues, I'm reluctant to do so, as I've heard it affects more than just video playback. Are there any other phones/pda type things out there I should look at, or are the video issues not that bad with normal apps. I could get a separate video device for video playback.

The main things I'm interested in are (in order of preference)

1) Default phone features (actual phone calls, SMS etc)

2) Data (must be 3G really, preferably HSDPA)

3) Connectivity (Bluetooth/USB)

4) GPS (I could get a separate BT receiver, but I'd only lose it :))

5) Video (I'm going to be taking a few longish flights soon, I'd like some video playback to entertain, but I could get a separate device for that)

Any advice would be appreciated... like I say the Kaiser devices (Tytn2 etc) would be perfect but the issues with video drivers and HTC's, well, less than helpful attitude are making me wary!

The Kasier is a fantastic product, driver issues aside. To be honest the only time you'll notice it is with video playback (not particularly useful in your case). Day to day use is fine, by no means slow, just no better than older devices. I use Tom Tom and browse the web on mine with no issues!

I just ordered a Kaiser myself, from everything I've read about the driver issue (and there's plenty to read about it!!) it's primarily video playback that's affected and that wouldn't really bother me (any time I've watched video on that small a screen for more than a few mins my eyes get sore)

I do really like the Samsung i780 (link here) but with a 1000mha battery I really fear for its battery life!

I got the HTC P4550 TyTN II PDA Smartphone for a few weeks, it features Quad-band/3G Windows Mobile 6 smartphone with integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and two cameras, etc. The nice thing about this phone is that the screen can be operated either by touch (your finger on the screen), by the included stylus (pen you use to directly touch the screen), and with both a virtual and a real keyboard. I love it very much.
