BJII SYNC problem

Hey guys, im pretty new to this phone as i just upgraded from my Nokia 6682 (MY :) R.I.P. a couple of days ago. now here is my problem:

After I installed the activesync software and the other stuff from the provided softare disc, I went to set up the sync between my cp(Windows XP) by connecting the USB cable to my BJII and the 'Found New Hardware Wizard' pops up and asks to install the software and as it begins to install a "Files Needed" pops up and says:

The file 'rndismpx.sys' on (unknown) is needed.

Type the path where the file is located, and then click OK.

Copy files from:

... and it's a drop down menu of the files and a browse option to choose from,

but the file i need can't even be found. Any help?
