need more volume

Hi

I wonder if any one has carried out a survey of the max volume of phones. My hearing has deteriorated a little bit and particularly when I am in a crowd of people talking I find it difficult sometimes to pick up my ring tone. So I am looking for a phone with good max volume.

Any suggestions appreciated. :)

It's not something regularly tested afaik! You could try using your handset on a low-volume speakerphone mode though?
