HTC Touch p3450 & Tomtom navigator 5

Are tomtom navigator 5 and htc touch compatable. Please can someone help me i have tomtom nav 5 which i ran on my mio a number of yrs ago. I have now got a htc touch thru orange upgrades and am trying to load it onto my touch. i get as far as the install the application screen and then the list of things its going to install but when it tries to install tt5 an error message comes up in a microsoft window "tomtom setup application has stopped working" can anyone throw some light onto what i am doing wrong thou i had no prblems loading it onto my old mio.

please if anyone can help i would be extremely grateful.
