Guest kwgbaker Posted January 26, 2008 Report Posted January 26, 2008 Hi this is my first post on the board. I got a bjII around a month ago and after a few weeks dust started to accumulate under the screen. Seeing as there was no way to clean it out I took it back to the store today and received a brand new one. I was wondering if anyone else had problems like this with their phones and if there any known solutions out there. thanks, Kevin

I used to take my Nokia phones apart and give them a clean out....used a fine soft bristle toothbrush to clean the keyboard sections out and a lint free cloth to clean the inside screen and the LCD display. I would suggest that it would be the same for the BJII but you would have to remove the screws holding it together..this would no doubt void all warranties and render the device un-fixable in the event of it dying. I dont expect any high res shots of the internal parts of the phone in until next year LOL..when the 1 year warranty runs out. I could open mine and have a look...I have no warranty as I am overseas and purchased from U.S.A......
