I've got 3 copies of the same email account listed on my phone and I'm having trouble deleting the extra copies. I see the option to delete email accounts on the "switch account" screen (if you will) but it doesn't seem to do anything. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, what's the fix/solution. Guest kenmei Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 i recently had this problem as well. so i synced my phone to my computer with activesync, went to tools -> add/remove programs and unchecked everything EXCEPT Xpress Mail...removed it and then reinstalled it
