I have had a trinity for more than a year now but there doesn't seem to be any upgrade out yet!

I don't want the bulk of a keyboard and do want GPS built in.

The touch cruise looks OK but is bigger and doesn't seem to offer much more...

Any news on what other options their might be in the near future?

Should I be looking beond HTC?

looks good, I like the resolution and the keypad but...

No 3g and no GPS :)

The TYTN II is too thick for my liking unfortunately but otherwise ticks all of the boxes.

I stand corrected! I thought AGPS was a crappy cell tower only gps like the Iphone and I didn't see"3G" so I didn't realise hsdpa was the same...

That looks sweet!

Any news on release date in the UK?

The Touch Cruise is actually marginally smaller and 15g lighter than the Trinity, and is even better in O2's custom Orbit2 casing.

If you like the Trinity, you'll love the Cruise- twice the memory, updated, slightly faster processor, much better battery life and a fantastic GPS that locks within about 1-2 minutes from cold.

The TouchFlo flush screen may take a little getting used to, but is very sharp and bright. I've got and Orbit2 and a Trinity, and have to say good as the Trinity is, the Orbit is so much better.

That actually looks quite tasty and 02 will upgrade me for free...

The only question is should I wait for the X1?

Any ideas on whether the increace in resolution on the X1 will cause problems for existing software?

I remember when resolutions jumped up to QVGA it caused a lot of issues.
