voice speed dial stopped working

Hi all,

have an orange spv 700

its all standard but i loaded the bass fix,htc theme and a phone dialler screen.

when i hard reset the the phone due to bass fix problem (see other post) i obviously lost all my voice tags

i tried to start to load them again after the hard reset but it wont allow me to access the settings - the prg just closes

i know i can assign tags via the contacts but i can see no way of tagging progs

any ideas

I had the same problem, talked to Orange and they could not rectify it. Ended up sending the phone back and it being replaced. The new one works fine.

Orange Customisation process of the M700 occues begins with a brief count down after a Hard Reset Reinstallation.

This process can be cancelled by pressing the Reset button before the count down is complete.

I noticed with my M600 that the Voice Dialing was not availlable by aborting this Orange Customisation.

Maybe this could be the issue with your M700 - try hard resetting again and allowing the customisation CABs to install completely?
