SPV e650 blank screen

My newly acquired (from ebay) as new SPV e650 smartphone has lost the display !!!

The phone has only been in use for 3 weeks and has had no knocks or bangs.

Can anyone tell me how to rectify this or default the phone using keys etc. BUT please remember I cannot see the display.

I have now had this phone since april last year. I too have problems with the screen blanking out... I have just waited two months to get the phone repaired and in the end recieved a replacement, only to have the same problem. I have however installed the de-brand package on both phones so not sure if that has anything to do with it. If anyone has any help on this issue then please let me know your opinions.
