Tmobile Address Book on Kaiser

I realize that this isn't necessarily a Kaiser-specific question, but there isn't a T-Mobile Forum and it isn't really a Windows Mobile Professional-specific question either, so I figured this forum fits as well as any. If I am wrong, obviously move it where it should be posted please.

I recently got an ATT Tilt and Unlocked it to use on the TMobile USA network. On my Tmobile Shadow I was able to upload all of my contacts onto the Tmobile Address Book Site, which is very handy. However, now that I am not using a T-Mobile phone I can't figure out how to download these contacts onto my Tilt. Can anybody tell me whether or not this is possible? Or is it possible to export the contacts from the T-Mobile Address book to Outlook or ActiveSync?
