Having Problems adding files to Samsung Blackjack

How's it going? I recently got a Samsung Blackjack, I not II, and it will not let me transfer files into the Home folder so I can get a new homescreen. When I try and drag a file, it comes up as a black circle with the bar through it, like a stop sign. Is there something I have to unlock?

well are you using microsoft activesync? if so i had problems as well could not connect and so on. sometimes you have to reboot then it works. configure or disable your firewall, antivirus, ad blocker program. go into activesync on your phone make sure its enabled. that all i can tell you.
