Language selection in Windows Mobile Professional & Smartphone

Hi,

I used to have an Orange SPV C500. On that phone, it was possible to switch the Operating System from one language to another (eg. English to French). Several years previously I had a HP iPaq Pocket PC, and on that device it was not possible to switch from one language to another

Can anybody tell me whether it's possible to switch from one language to another on all current Windows Mobile devices? Is it the same for both Smartphone and Professional versions of Windows Mobile?

Regional settings on my Vario III give a whole range of language options...
