Activesync Issue

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping someone here can help.

I recently returned my MDA Vario II to the network for repair. I've just got it back and they have replaced the whole unit. Thankfully I did a backup with Activesync before I handed it back!

However, I can't get activesync to restore anything to the mobile. Whenever I try to sync with the PC, it creates another profile in activesync.

Is there any way of stopping this and forcing it to restore everything from the original profile?

Have you tried removing all profiles from AS on the PC and the device? (usually the best place to start!)
