Help for call connect

I have installed minutebeep from palmarysoft for call connect alert, when i set start talk signal as vibrate while calling and the called person answers my call, my phone doesn't vibrate, but if I set sound it plays sound. I asked the developers of palmarysoft they said some OEM doesn't allow hardware access during call.

I request u to kindly give me some solution.or registry tweak

I have O2 Xphone IIm,(Hurricane/HTC Amedeus variant) upgraded to wm6
