How do I get a list of the files on my phone?

I'm looking for something that will give me a simple text file listing all the files and folders on my WM6 Standard phone.

The sort of thing you can get from a PC through the DIR command.

I've looked at lots of file manager apps but none appear to have an export/list facility.
