I not a total newb but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to run the appunlock cab on my BJII. I cant even see it no matter where I put it. Its gotta be something I'm doing wrong, because nobody even mentions any special procedure, so can someone help a brother out?

Welcome to the forum bruv :)

The easiest way is to copy the cab to \Windows \Start Menu \Accessories and it should show up in the menu there.

Otherwise you should be able to find it and run it wherever you put it by using the file explorer. Have you tried the storage card ?

Yep, tried it on storage card, my docs, applications, etc. Phone wont show it. I can see it in active sync on my LT but not on the phone

Any other ideas? Its really frustrating, never had this problem on my 8525.

What about installing a third-party file explorer (eg. Resco) and seeing if that will pick it up ?

You might also try re-downloading the cab in case the fault lies in a corruption of some kind.

Where did you get it from ?

Havent tried any third party file explorers, wasnt aware of any. I downloaded the files from Howardfourms and I have done a couple of time to make sure they it wasnt them. Just doesnt want to work. I cant find any reference to this kind of problem which leads me to believe its operator error.

BTW, My internet quit working, says the settings are incorrect and I have fooled around with any of that stuff yet other than to surf thru it. Looks the same to me and what should be there according to the user manual(if you could call it that)

Any help would be great

I had the same problem - Don't use the "my stuff" file explorer to try to open it. there's a file explorer in the applications folder that ought to work like what disco stu was saying. try that one to open the .cabs and it ought to work.

good luck!
