Bluetooth

i have connected an usb bluetooth to my 3E

throw CONTROL CENTER i see that the pc know that

with a guide that i have found i configure the BT via KATE (name,ch,address...), but i don't want to use it to connect to internet, only to transfer files.

after i try to connect phone to 3E, but it doen't work :D

QUESTION: there some software that it could make me easy the configuration?
