my shadow is slow

it feels like the windows is slowing down like your pc...

when i press the start button, it take like 3-5 second then moves to the next screen... or sometimes i cant press the left, right, back (<-) keys, i meant after i press them, doesnt to anything..

for example, when i delete something then it alerts, i cant press 'ok'

so i reseted 3 times already with accessories/clearstorage still the same...

and sometime after i reseted it, wifi didnt work, so i had to reinstall again and again....

may be a virus??? (its still windows...)

help plz~
