1 and 1 Exchange settings

Can anyone tell me what settings i need to put from a 1 and 1 exchange account into my phone (HTC S730) to get it working. I've tried so many combinations and am having no luck

Your username is the "e123456789" number (at least mine was)

Password is obvious

Domain is "EXCHANGE" (in caps)
