how can i unlock a dopod 818 pro

I am having some problem with my Dopod 818 pro :) . I accidently forgot the unlock phone code as I change it regularly, therefore I am not able to unlock the phone. :D

Is there any way to unlock it? should i just format it back to factory settings? if so, how can i do it?

press power and camera key similar on startup. You enter in system menu on kandzi. must select 4 (press power button for select) and press camera button
