8525 vs HTC S710

Hi.

I am looking to get one of the previously mentioned phones.

I know that the 8525 is an overall better phone, but I am inclined to believe that it will be on the fragile side as opposed to the S710. I also would like to embrace the traditional candybar style phone as opposed to an enormous block.

I noticed that the S710 has a mere 210 MHZ processor versus the whomping 400 MHZ that constitutes the 8525. What I was wondering was if the S710's processor is significantly inferior to that of the 8525. I will not run a boat load of programs, but I will use my fair share.

I might also include that I am a heavy, heavy texter, and I intend on taking full advantage of the Wi-Fi capabilities of each device. I am obviously more inclined to the S710 at the moment, but if the processor is not up to par, then I will make due with the enormous size of the 8525.

At this point in time, the 8525 appears to be the cheaper route also, but not by much.

Based on what I have said, do you think the S710 will suffice or should I purchase the 8525?
