Smartphone Playstation Emulator?

Hey, I have a T-Mobile Dash (HTC Excalibur) running Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone, and I was wondering if there's a Playstation emulator available for Smartphone? The only one I've seen is the FPSece emulator, and that only seems to run on Pocket PC. If there isn't one, is there a way to get FPSece to work on my phone? Thanks in advance!

this shows how you can get it to work on a smartphone, but it runs pretty slow though.
