Push Mail with 02 account on Vario 2

Hi all,

I recently got myself a blackberry to see what the crack is and I'm wanting to try pushmail on my Vario 2 (as a fair comparison).

I've just unlocked the phone and was wondering is it possible to setup push mail on the vario 2 using my new 02 account?

If so how do I do it?

No, but I've been told there's a Blackberry PPC update. This gives the required functionality on a windows mobile device.

Or set up a free mail2web (iirc?) exchange account and have a play with Exchange push mail...

What do you want to do?

Blackberry works on a Blackberry Server or on a WM device with Blackberry Connect - but with less functionality but WM devices have push email using exchange server. There are free exchange server methods available (I don't think Mail2Web is one of them - but I could be wrong) but, again the free ones have limited functionality.

They do do a free version, but you need to use a mail2web address :S

i use 4smartfone.com as my exchange server and it works fine with my o2 contract. costs $10 per month so about £5.95 per month. excellent support too!
