Change default notification sound?

Does anyone know what this default sound is called? I've played all the .wav, .wma etc. files in the Windows directory but none of them seem to be it. I'm on about the sound you get after sending a text message and it pops up saying "SMS Sent" or whatever, it gets a bit annoying and I want to change it!

Also has anyone solved the Keypad backlight timeout issue yet? :)
