cannot install apps after E650 to 710 ROM update

Hi,

I followed the guide to flash E650 with S710 rom succsesfuly, but now I cannot install most of my applications. My handset is apparently application unlocked--according to Windows mobile Security Manager. Anyone have this same problem or any ideas as to why this has happened?

EDIT. When i install signed applications, such as Skype, Opera etc. the installation on the handheld device starts and immediately says that 'installation has been unsuccessful'. If this was a security issue i gather that I would receive a prompt or message explaining that the app is unsigned. Please, please can somebody help, or a link to an official Orange ROM update.
