Guest VitOlga Posted February 21, 2008 Report Posted February 21, 2008 Watch total lunar eclipse with AstroNavigator! Today, February 21 there will be a total lunar eclipse. The total eclipse begins at 03:00:34 UT and ends at 03:51:32 UT, with the moment of greatest eclipse at 03:26:05 UT. It will be visible over western Asia, the Americas, most of the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the eastern Pacific Ocean. For those of you who won't be able to see this eclipse there is a good solution: VITO AstroNavigator. It uses your GPS and displays the sky above your head on the screen of your device (both touch screen and non-touch screen). And even if you do not have GPS receiver, you can choose your location on the world map and enjoy the eclipse on the screen of your Windows Mobile device. AstroNavigator features fantastic graphical user interface that allows you to rotate the sky map with your fingers. So, don't be surprised if you mix up the real eclipse and the one displaying on the screen. Night view will ease your eyes from blinding after looking at a bright screen.
