Shortcuts in Mail/Messaging

Hi all,

I am wondering if the shortcuts are working for you on your bjII. I used to be able to hold down the 2 when I was looking at the message list and it would automatically open up a reply. None of my short cut keys seem to be working now. I was wondering if any of you have a similar problem.

hi...just make sure in the upper right hand corner it says "123" instead of "abc". if it says "abc" you can press the "FN" key to change it. Then it works. :D
