Hello

I am a final year university student who is doing a final year dissertation research on field of Balanced Scorecard.

The aim is to find out whether the Balanced Scorecard is a better tool for improving performance. Through your participation I hope to assess the usefulness of a Balanced Scorecard. I hope that the results of the questionnaire will be useful for my dissertation research.
