Contact List Data & Outlook

I had posted the following in the Smartphone Device Specific section but perhaps this would have been a better choice.

I would like to be able to retrieve all of the data contained for each contact on my phone, edit it and then be able to write the data back to the phone.

I've been using Microsoft Outlook 2007 to sync. with my Moto Q9H but the custom ring tones and speed dial information are not stored in Outlook. I don't know why Microsoft has decided to omit storage of this info. but then I never could figure those folks out

My programming skills are rusty at best but if someone knows of the location of this data, I may be able to figure out how to retrieve it.
