my O2 xda ii mini, need desperate help. how to manually configure my customized cabs in ext;rom,

please, if some good hearted person help me, i read an add on web, how to slim down my xda II mini wm2003se, by tapping vers wwe 11192.sa in ext; rom, an then TPenable, i also have tpdisable, i know these have some kind of lock, when i press tpdisable, my ppc freezes, i lost so many custimized tools, an now i dont know how to reverse my wrong doing, i tried to delete the configure, but no work, also, cant get .exe to download any more, someone pls help, if i can be of help to any of u, im at your serivice,
