All contacts not available when sending SMS

When i open a new SMS and select Menu-Add Recipient, only the first section of my address book comes up - sometimes more than others, but it never gets past about H.

If i go into Contacts from the Home screen though, everything is there!

I'm using Address Book 2 from Inesoft, though i'm sure i had the same problem before when using PocketCM. Besides, i dont think the SMS Add Recipient uses the installed contact manager.

Any ideas? All my friends from I upwards are beginning to think i've left the planet! I could of course just type in their numbers, but that's the whole point of having a contacts database surely, so you dont have to do that!

I would certainly try uninstalling any thrid party address book apps to see if they are the cause.
