Internet Won't Connect on OZ Messenger or IE

I'm pretty sure it's not because of the applications themselves. OZ gives me an error like "Communication erroe. Please try again or check your settings." IE gives me an error like "The remote party has ended their connection. Please try again." That's when I got the idea that it was something phone related. So I looked at my connections and noticed the "Phone connection said "On" instead of MEdia Net. So i decided to send an MMS, and it successfully connected the the internet for that. So I had internet for a bit until it disconnected again. Is there a setting wrong with my phone or do I need to hard reset or something? Also, my phone is app unlocked and GPS unlocked.

OZ does not use the internet, it works off of SMS text messages.

But for the internet, go to start - settings - connections and if there's an ATT IMS connection, highlight it and delete it.
