App to close programs

There are lots of programs for PPC to close programs, but I can't seem to find any for Smartphone. I am using WM6 standard. Anyone know of any? I hate alway having to go to task manager to find so many programs running that I don't want running! I'm thinking there must be an app somewhere that adds a "Close" option to the right soft-key menu. I'd write one if I knew how..

Have you tried Oxios Close Apps?

Oxios CloseApps closes down other applications by sending "Close" messages.

Check also MortScript's kill command. You can specify processes to terminate on your script then launch the script via the right soft key.
