they are now saying the asus eee pc 900 will have a 1024x600 screen resolution, which is nice!

Price rumoured to be €400, so not too much of a price hike...! That spec should run Vista fairly nicely too? :D

Is it just me that thinks this re is just an abomination? It's not 1024 X 768 (XGA) it's not 800 X 600 (SVGA) and it's not 16:9 wide screen ratio. It's just some sort of mish mash - or am I wrong?

I'll take whatever screen res i can get as long as its as high as possible! It isn't the only non-standard res either...
