Everytime I power up my phone, voxsyncsmart_sms starts up, pings T-Moble and I get a text message back saying: 453 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. 06050415CC15CC62D99B572E1C3760C583264D1C3770C183160C183060C1 Any ideas on how I can disable this? Seems to be some T-Mobile "feature". Thanks!

The only thing that I can think of that might have allowed me to do this was running the app unlock tool. If you haven't done this, you can give it a shot. Click here for the app unlock tool.
