Question unlocking Cingular 2125

I'm having a problem unlocking my HTC 2125 phone . I have the following files.

1. Mobile Registry Editor

2. SimLock Removel Tool(HTC2125)

3. SPCServices

Now I did ok with the first two files but when I do the SPCServices I get Illegal read zone attempt- RAPI init failed.

Also the directions I have are attached

PS I have a duel monitor so thats is why the pic is side by side.

I don't know where you have got those instructions, but Here are the instructions. It is easy.
