No Bluetooth hardware installed on this device

Hi, new boy on the block

I recently bought an spv m500, second hand from the wonderful ebay(yeah, right!!). The unit is supposed to have bluetooth, but I keep getting this error message " There is no Bluetooth hardware installed on this device". I've searched the unit till I'm blue in the face, but no luck. Can anyone help me with this?

Does it have voice command? Try disabling that and then soft reset.
