Change Comm Manager's wallpaper

Hi:

Mine is an HTC 620 running WM6.

I have not been able to change the Comm Manager HTC's original green wallpaper even tho I have replaced HTC_CallProgressBkg_320x186.bmp with image I want. Is that not the image to replace? Or do i need to do something else? I do no wish to install a theme... just change that image. Can anyone please tell me how to do it?
