Resident Evil Umbrella Corp theme

I am an experienced pc user with a little hadware and software tech background. I just recently decided to up to a smartphone and I got a T-Mobile Shadow. There are so many things you can do with one of these. I was a little aprehensive when I saw my default setup but after I started to learn about my phone I realized how customizable they can become. I wanted to develope my own layout and theme so I began looking up programs online. I neither have the knack for this nor do I have to attention span to design it myself. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to assist me with compiling information and really working on all aspects of this theme. i would want it to take over everypart of my phone including start up and shut down. would that even be possible?? I already have a basic idea of how I want everything to look and believe that if done right would be badass on my mobile device. Anybody willing to help??
