Omapclock I Hate You

I'm trying to use omapclock and omapclock plus on my samsung bjII i617 it installed but it said cant initialize i/o error I tried setting the speed in omapclock plus then clicked register and nothing seemed to chang. Then I uninstalled but I don't think I unregistered it. So I downloaded the omapclockremover.exe and it comes up but wont allow me to remove the alerts i can just refresh and can't even scroll up the list. I am not getting any notifications of the error sort when turning phone on or it coming out of standby so is my phone ok it is bringing up files in the omap remover.exe program though. I have installed the modaco gps unlocker which supposably app unlocks the phone I am running pocketsnes153 just fine. My question is whats the deal with the omapremoval program and how do I go about getting omapclock to work?

Oh yeah I'm on a mac using missing sync and I used the omapclock_and_omapclockplusv0.0.4.cab was this the wrong one to use, will it have messed anything up?

you need to appunlock your phone then reboot. works fine after that.

Was that the proper file because the other forum I downloaded it from had three or so different files I believe one said manual installation.zip then one was a smartphone.zip file but the omapclock.exe files all had the same names in each of the versions so I am assuming the .cab file installs and places everything properly but the site that I got the files and info from were doing it to an htc phone of some sort.
