"Proxy Connection" error when attempting to connect to internet. Whats up??

I've been using MediaNet for moinths with no issue and then suddenly last

night when the browser pointed to a site it would start with the

"Opening" then the "Locating" text at the bottom of IE browser

and then a "Can't Locate the Web Page" message.

After a couple of reboots the same message then can't make a "Proxy Connection"

error to contact the newtwoerk administartor.

Whats up?

Do I need to check/change my GPRS and/or Proxy Connecction settings?

What are the correct settings?
